1.1 We offer fast and reliable shipping within Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

1.2 Shipping times vary depending on location. We provide two shipping options:

- Standard shipping: 2-8 business days (FREE)

- Express shipping: 1-3 business days ($14.99)

*2. International Shipping*

2.1 We ship to countries outside of Australia via DHL, Sendel, or AusPost.

2.2 Various delivery options will be available during checkout, depending on the destination country.

2.3 All international deliveries include tracking notifications.

2.4 Estimated arrival times for international standard shipping are 14-27 business days.

*3. Customer Responsibilities*

3.1 For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other charges associated with the purchase, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, and tariffs.

3.2 Velura does not cover any international duties, taxes, or VAT.

3.3 Customers ordering from outside Australia are responsible for paying any local taxes, duties, or other similar charges upon receipt of the package.

4.1 Velura shall not be liable for any delays or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to freight company delays, payment authorization issues, or public holidays.

4.2 For deliveries to New Zealand and other countries, shipping times are estimates provided by the freight company, and Velura cannot guarantee delivery times.
